כיון דלית לה כתובה לית לה מזוני או דלמא אמה דעבדא איסורא קנסוה רבנן איהי דלא עבדא איסורא לא קנסוה רבנן תיקו

Since [her mother] is not entitled to a ketubah, she is not sustained, or since her mother transgressed the rabbis penalized her, but she [the daughter], who did not transgress, the rabbis did not penalize her. This remains unanswered.
